So why develop a blog about steering away people from Best Buy? Honestly, because I’m pretty much fed up with BB’s practices tactics of deceiving consumers, heartless acts and just overall lousy customer service.
My goal here is not to see Best Buy out of business, my goal is to have them improve by sending them informed consumers.
